My friend made inquiries to avex about Tohoshinki’s “reuniting” issue. The answer was “There are no such stories in the current stage. We will check with the superiors and fan club concerning this issue. We may consider to publish an announcement in the HP, according to the contents of the rumor.

So here’s the point: Avex is discussing about solving JYJ’s lawsuit with SMe, and convince Yunho and Changmin to comeback performing as 5. 

–> Và đây là điểm chính:  Avex đang bàn về việc giải quyết vụ kiện của JYJ và SMe, và thuyết phục Yunho và Changmin để trở về với đội hình 5 người

Avex is discussing with SME to solve the problem soon. First is Tohoshinki, then DongBangShinki!

So JYJ’s agent met AVEX’s president before and discussed about that problem. But at that time, the lawsuit is still very hard so now they’re offically discussing w/o any problem
